MAIN DINING ROOM
Our main dining room can accommodate small or large groups for an intimate brunch or dinner with friends, family or co-workers.
The main dining room features rich leather banquets, velvet window seats, wood and marble dining tables, a large decorative fireplace and exposed stone walls - all setting the scene for a romantic dinner or festive celebration.
BUTTERFIELD BAR
The Butterfield Bar is located at the front of Hasbrouck House and adjacent to the Club Room. The Bar features rich leather banquets, marble cocktail tables and bar serving local wine, beer, cider & craft cocktails.
GARDEN PATIO + CAULDRON BAR
Our bluestone garden patio is open year round for al fresco dining, when weather permits.
Situated next to our historic smokehouse and lush chef's garden, our patio is the perfect spot for a quiet date night or festive garden gathering.
This is also the location of our winter Cauldron Bar.
The Cauldron Bar features toasty swinging cauldrons and a cozy winter atmosphere perfect for sipping warming cocktails or enjoying an after dinner drink!
PRIVATE DINING ROOM
Perfect for a relaxed get-together of up to 12 friends, family or business colleagues – our semi-private dining room provides an intimate setting for family celebrations, group gatherings or discreet business meetings.
Menus include a mix of seasonal favorites, local wines & spirits, and menu choices tailored exclusively for your group by our Executive Chef.
Choose from prix fixe, family style, wine-paired dinners, or a multi-course tasting menus.
BUTTERFIELD BLUESTONE
Formerly Butcher & Bar
Butterfield Bluestone is our outdoor bar and grill located on the Hasbrouck House Bluestone Patio. Featuring classic cafe tables, a 37500sq ft native bluestone patio, and surrounded by lush landscaping, Butterfield Bluestone hosts our Community Night Fundraisers, Sunset Flix Film Series, and wedding welcome receptions. Butterfield Bluestone can be booked for private events May - October.
